Inviting People to Attend a Conference
Once you have created a conference, you can invite people to attend the conference. The invitation you send contains a link the individual can click to accept the invitation.
Click on Conferences in the admin menu, then click on Invitation Link for the conference you created.

This will bring up a page to create an invitation.

You can specify an expiration if you want the invitation to expire on a certain date. If not, leave the field blank. Click "Create Invitation" to create the invitation web page.
In the browser, click "File", "Send", "Page By E-Mail"

This will open your mail client and allow you to send the invitation with your e-mail message.
