Starting and Ending the Conference
If you have not yet installed the presenter software, download the install from:
After installing the presenter, start the program, login using your e-mail address and password, then select the conference you have created and start it.
The first time you run the program, you will need to enter your e-mail address and password.
(This is the same e-mail and password you use to log into the web site.)
After logging in, you will see all conferences that you are setup to be a presenter for.
Select the conference in the list, and then select "Start Conference" from the file menu.
The presenter will warn you if you try to start a conference more than 15 minutes before it's scheduled start time.
The presenter will minimize and you will see an icon in your system tray. The yellow arrow means it's capturing and uploading the screen.
You can restore the presenter by double clicking the icon. You can also right click on the icon for a menu of options.
Once a conference is started, it doesn't end until you manually end it with the presenter. The system will not automatically end the conference at the scheduled end time. It will start sending you e-mail reminders that the conference has gone beyond it's scheduled end time.
To end the conference, right click on the system tray icon and select "End Conference". Or double click the system tray icon and select File, End Conference.
The system is designed to keep your conference running even if your PC crashes or you get disconnected from the Internet while in the middle of the conference.
If for some reason this happens, you can just re-start the presenter software (or your PC if needed), log back in, select the conference and then select Join Conference.
The attendees will continue to see the last screen shot that was captured until you are able to re-connect.
